Works. Decent quality. We'll see if it lasts longer than the old complex model
Excellent simple replacement of prior complex failed assembly. All the existing fittings and mount work. No options but the fixed spray fan / angle is nice and luxurious. Pressure is comfortable.

Nice handheld with built-in backflow preventer
We had installed another brand of handshower in our new bath and when the inspectors came they flagged it for not having a backflow preventer. So...a little over a $100 later we get to pass inspection. From our "what it is worth" department, we actually like this one better. The water flow is very good, the spray pattern is not so wide but rather more narrow and concentrated, and there is no plastic to be seen.

Loved how easy it was to install. Spray volume is better than average. Head is plastic and that’s the only negative.

The wand looks like it’d be good for singing in the shower- standup karaoke! Looks cool- it’s a third shower head for a walk in shower

Cheap
I never used it. Returned immediately bc its cheap plastic. I also don't think it matches with the rest of the intrinsic line. I also don't like the black seal that is visible on the wall mount once its fixed to the wall.

shiny and slippery. would prefer matte finish with rougher texture that holds easier and doesn't slip.
