Great case for waterproof protection
Many people do not know that your smartphone is one of the dirtiest things you may own. For this reason I wash my phone in the sink every day. This case has protected my phone from the water and also has protected my phone from scratches and cracks. The only thing is the cover on the case to the S Pen makes it difficult to remove when you want to remove it. For this reason I have to pry out my pen each time I want to use it with a tool. Many people complain about scratches and fingerprint sensor issues. First of all, you need to redo your fingerprint scan AFTER you put on the case. Then it will work fine. Next, you need to make sure the area on the screen near the sensor does not get scratched. The case is made of plastic, so of course it's going to scratch. I don't consider this case to be a one time buy. I normally replace my case every year or two. It's cheap enough and in my opinion it's better to have scratches on a plastic protector than having cracks on a glass screen protector.

Best Galaxy S22 Case on the Market
I've purchased 2 of these cases now and am extremely satisfied with them. First they are build with quality materials and designed to be rugged and durable. The case comes with a screen protector that functions incredibly well both in touch and fingerprint recognition. I am notorious for dropping my phone, and did numerous times with this case and it has protected my phone perfectly every time. I even left my phone on the top of my car, drove off causing the phone to slide off the roof at about 20mph, hit the concrete and still protected my phone with no breakage or screen cracking to the phone itself. Button accessibility is good enough to control on/off and volume functions without issues. Note, that after installation you will need to register your fingerprints again otherwise your fingerprints won't unlock the phone. This needs to be done every time you change out your case. Outside of that, I would highly recommend this inexpensive case to anyone with a high end high dollar Galaxy phone!

Solid 4 Star Cellphone Case
Good phone case, depending on what you do with your phone. First time user of SPIDERCASE. I come from many years of only using an OtterBox Defender as I am fairly hard on my phones. Overall construction is good, it seems like a very sturdy case, though I have yet to have had any serious drops with it. It seems dusty and water tight once snapped together around your phone. Overall fit/finish: The S22 Ultra 5G fits perfectly in the front side of the case, in fact it is a tight fit and have to use a small screwdriver to pop it back out for things. I like this but hope there is enough shock in the case to allow for drops as they state in their advertising. The back fits tightly as well. Overall it looks good. The camera protection on the back side of case fits well and again appears dust and water tight Fingerprint Reader: This seems to be everyone's biggest concern with today's cases, me included. It comes with, short of a better word, a tacky back sticker attached to the inside of the front of the case to contact where the reader is at on your phone. It is exactly where it is supposed to be from the factory. It took about 24 hrs to allow the spot to sorta settle in and attach itself to the S22 screen to give it a good read every time. I have probably had 3-4 attempts to use the reader that didn't work. Read the instructions that come with the case and it should work for you as well. Waterproof: Ha ha, not my phone. I am not concerned about taking my phone in the water for anything but their advertising states it is waterproof. Grip: Coming from the OtterBox Defender, I am used to a grip that is not slippery at all. I am still getting used to this Spidercase. I has a good grip but to me should be tackier. If my hands were wet I could see it being a bit slippery. Time will tell on this. | One thing I noticed and I believe it to be the phone and not the case is the speaker sound quality. When on the phone pressed up to your ear you can hear fine and the person on the other end can hear what you are saying without issue. That said though, when playing music or video's using the phone's external speaker it is somewhat muffled and the sound is diminished. I believe this to be a phone external speaker placement issue though and not the case itself. Would definitely recommend this case!

EXCELLENT GRIP!! Grooves, thick sturdy edges, rubber like feel, and wrist strap...
EXCELLENT GRIP!! Grooves, thick sturdy edges, rubber like feel, and included (optional) wrist strap nearly eliminates the possibility that this phone will slip out of your hand. If you do drop your phone it definitely won't be because of this case. The case also has raised edges around the entire screen and all glass is protected (including the camera lenses). I believe that this sturdy case would provide excellent drop protection and it's waterproof design should also provide great water resistance. However, I'm not about to test either of those probable protection capabilities with my expensive Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra inside of it. Wireless charging with my cheap wireless charger works fine with the case, it's just a bit slower than it did without the case. Negatives: To provide all of this likely protection, the case probably doubles the cubic volume of the phone itself. Yes, its bulkier than many other cases, so you have to decide what's most important to you. For me, the ability to grip the phone and to protect it is worth the extra bulk. The other negative is that my fingerprint reader hardly works. Its likely that the special circle in the integral screen protector for the fingerprint reader isn't placed precisely enough for the reader to work. (Of note is that I really hadn't tried the fingerprint reader much prior to placing my new phone inside this new case where it has remained ever since). Because face recognition and screen swipes (or codes) work perfectly to unlock the phone I can live without the fingerprint reader as long as I get an excellent grip and probably great phone protection with this case.

I'm on the fence.
So as my title says I'm on the fence. I guess I'll probably use it for a couple of days just to see how I like it and if I can deal with the issues that I'm seeing and if not I'll return it. So first off, I saw other reviews stating the fingerprint sensor didn't work and they had trouble typing through the screen. I have not had those troubles my fingerprint sensor works just fine you have to re-register your fingerprint and before you do ensure you use a squeegee or something to really squeegee the sticky spot that goes over the fingerprint down well. As well, it's good to register your fingerprint each fingerprint you use two separate times, I do it while I'm holding the phone and while the phone is on the table. There's also an option to turn the touch sensitivity on the screen up, it was a little Hit or Miss before I did this but after I did this I'm having absolutely no issues. The case is kind of a butthead to put together. Everything fits in nice and tight and it's a very tight latch as you're pushing the two pieces together which is obviously a good thing. It means it will secure your phone and protect it in a drop as well, it will be nice and waterproof and dust proof. The S-Pen and the charging port are both covered by a piece that opens on either side and is attached to the phone in the middle of the piece. The first time I pulled it out I accidentally pulled the whole thing out though I tugged harder than I should have. You can replace this by taking the back of the phone case off and sliding it back into the little slot. This is a fairly tight fit and I'm sure over time it'll work itself a little looser but again this could be bad or good depending who you ask. If you're very hard on your phone's and work in Dusty wet environments is probably a stellar feature. If you primarily wirelessly charge and rarely ever use the charging port, probably an excellent future. Speaking of the wireless charging works just fine. If you use your s pen a lot, you may dislike it because it is covered though you can remove the whole piece to where the charging port and that S-Pen cover is exposed at all times. It definitely adds width to the phone, and is probably about half of an inch thick. Be back seems to be made of a thicker clear plastic than the front, and where the camera is there is a foam pad. The case did come with these three little circles which I imagine are supposed to go over the camera lens, but I actually had some camera lens covers for it that went over all of the camera lens. If I decide to keep the phone I will probably cut away some of the foam pad around the camera lens. As I have it right now it kind of bulges the plastic surrounding the camera out. This does not seem to affect camera quality, I'm not getting any dirty lens notifications, the picture seems to be just fine. Overall the case feels good in your hand, it feels sturdy and it comes with a small lanyard which if you are clumsy and tend to drop your phone out of your hand a lot or like to have your phone in your hand very often, you may want to utilize. It's just a small little lanyard like what you might have found on the old digital cameras. Stick your hand through it before you grab the phone and if you drop it your arm will catch it. the drop protection seems like it would be very secure. The edges extend well above the screen and back of the phone on the top bottom and both sides. With some cases this can affect edge functionality so if you use the edge some of these types of cases tend to be a pain in the butt, fortunately this has not given me that issue whatsoever. Also on a lot of these types of cases these swipe gestures functions can be hindered. I use swipe gestures and can hardly even function the phone without them as I found out when I first unboxed the phone, so I was worried about that as I was putting the case together. I have had to replace or return previous cases for that exact reason. Previously all I really ever would use is OtterBox because everything else was extremely expensive or would hinder this part of my phone. So far I've had no trouble with it. It took me kind of a second to get to know where I had to swipe as it did change a little bit but it did not block any of the spots for the swipe gestures enough to cause a problem. I can still navigate apps I can still bring up the running app screen, forward and back still works no problem. As does the one-handed mode, Samsung pay, and home. The phone is nearly entirely enclosed and there's a kind of gasket that runs around the entire thing that essentially creates an air and watertight seal on the phone with the exception of the vent and the speaker. Over those are these little screens that look to be made of a micro mesh. This may stop water and dust from getting in but it also will hinder your sound a little bit. The overall volume of the phone on full blast has reduced a little bit as well when you are listening to something on just the phone, you can feel the back plastic vibrate. I actually typically use a Bluetooth set of headphones, so it's not really a big deal, but if you often use your phone for its own volume you may not enjoy this. I do still fairly often listen to my phone with my phone being the speaker, and I also use it on my TV for private listening so I can listen to it and watch TV without bothering my son sleeping or something along those lines. So I have not quite decided if it's going to be a problem for me or not. But it is definitely noticeable and I think what is happening is the vibration of that back plastic kind of essentially dampens the sound by maybe interfering sound waves. It does sound a little bit more tinny than normal, but we will see. Overall my impressions of the case or that it will do a good job protecting. Unless you were to drop it directly on the screen or the back which in any case that's going to be an issue. You cannot utilize other screen protectors with this phone case. The phone case has its own screen protector and it is built in so essentially once the screen protector is scratched up, you will either have to replace it or remove the screen protector from the phone entirely and put in your own. Now this is a possibility from the just looking at the case, though I don't know how securely it is glued in. Overall I think the phone case is a good value will protect the phone and is of a good price. I feel confident that this will protect my phone at least on the edge drops as well as the OtterBox will. I do worry about it being dropped on the back and hitting something, but there's a 50/50 chance it hits the back where the screen and as I said no screen protector is really going to protect from drops like that. I think all in all I have a feeling I will keep it and will be able to deal with some of the minor annoyances that the phone case provides, but we will have to see. Update product continued to have problems. Product returned. Someone else may like it, but I couldnt Replaced with an OtterBox clone from here on Amazon.

Great Case!
I first have to start with the fact that I don't always read the instruction mainly because it's so small. I applied the case and I had the same problems as most others with the fingerprint scan. I was ready to request a refund on day one. After I read through some of the question and answers I got great tips and a few laughs. So my fingerprint scan wasn't working either and I felt like I was going to break my finger trying to get it to work, so I placed the case under the light and I saw little specks of lint on the scanner. I also didn't know what to do with the little circles prior to reading the q&a section. So I used small amout of glass cleaner and the microfiber wipe made sure the case was dry then I applied the little circle over the fingerprint scan cutout on the inside of the case. After placing my phone back in the case I tested the fingerprint scan and oh my gosh that thing was so quick and smooth I couldn't believe it. I feel that this is the best case for my s22ultra it's very durable and I like that I can control the volume by opening and closing the charging port lol. I was lost for a whole day not being able to access password in Samsung Pass which requires a fingerprint. And I must say I purchased another case similar to this one that is very thick and even though it read my fingerprint I still felt like I was going to break my fingers trying to unlock it at times this case is less expensive than the previous one and I love it.

Great case for the S22 Ultra
Great case for the price. I usually buy the Lifeproof cases but unfortunately they don't make one for the S22 Ultra. So purchased this one not expecting much but happy with it. It fit perfectly and snaps together easily. Has the correct covers for the charger and pen plus works with wireless charging. No issues using the buttons on the side. I'm pretty hard on phones and this case has been amazing protecting the phone. Dropped it a lot to include water and phone still looks like new. After a year and half I did replace it with the same one only because the plastic screen protector had gotten scratched up but the case was still in great shape.

Sound quality and fingerprint functionality
Update: 1 year... still going strong after many drops. The case is made of good quality and easy to install. It is bulky, but I think that's with every case that covers the phone entirely. It's four stars for me because of the sound quality and the circle on the cover for the fingerprint. The circle distracts me when I'm watching videos or movies. It doesn't read my fingerprint sometimes, even after registering them with the case installed. The sound seem muffled on both low and high volumes (the speakers of the s22 ultra are the best in my opinion) You can also feel the vibrations. Overall, it's not entirely bothersome for me and it does a great job at protecting my phone.

Waste of money
Waste of money . Very disappointed 😞 Front display clear cover protection don't have a good surface contact with the screen so for many times u need to press harder to control your screen or to tipe something. And whenever u pres the back of the phone a bit harder the sticky circle from your fingerprint is not stay stic to the screen so u need to press hard tu stick him back . Very disappointed for 27 pounds !
