I bought this cause I saw professional cyclists sucking it down during races.
I'm watching a road race in France, no not that one, a different one, and I saw these guys sucking these bags of goo before a big climb. So naturally I looked it up and decided I needed to try it. (I don't own a bike and haven't done anything more than a brisk walk in 30 years) I was hoping it was like an illicit drug that was legal and I would be able to perform great feats. Its kinda like coffee and sugar, which is fantastic. I took one before getting on my zero turn mower...I mowed sooo fast. These are delicious and awesome. BTW, you may need a nap about an hour after cause of that sugar and caffeine crash thing.

Best energy gels I’ve tried!
These taste really, really good, and come in a variety of cool flavors. I use them pre-workout on an empty stomach and have no issues. I do drink some water with them as recommended. They definitely give me a little boost that I need to exercise first thing in the morning. I’m okay doing fasted cardio but fasted strength training was not going well. The caffeinated gels seem to provide just enough “motivation” to push through weight lifting without insane amounts of caffeine that other pre-workout products provide. I highly recommended them! I’ve even found myself using one of the non-caffeinated gels as a tasty dessert on a few occasions.

Wonderful flavors
These are so tasty! I love every flavor and they work well to give me a boost of energy when needed. Carry them hiking and they are really convenient to shove a few in my backpack for the trek.

Great flavors
Great flavors and does the trick on long rides on my MTB and my Peloton. Expresso Love is my favorite flavor but they are all good.

Incredibly yummy!
great taste and no GI issues when biking over 2 hours. Not so good for my GI when running.
