Worked for what I needed.

I had to add this accessory kit to my iSaddle mirror mount in order to get enough length needed to place my Garmin nuvi 765T GPS below the rearview mirror. Out of the kit, I only used the curved double clamp and a short dumbbell coupling. While I mildly recommend this mount for a GPS, I DO NOT recommend it for a dash cam. The physics of a mounting arm amplify the vibrations of the car. A GPS is still legible under these circumstances. A dash cam's recording will show too much bouncing.Note: I have to periodically re-tighten the thumb-wheels or potholes and speed bumps make the GPS face downward.

The Good: The iSaddle MK01 Mounting Kit allowed me to install a dash cam using the enclosed pieces to a mirror post.The Bad: The issue is that the double ball extension is made of hard plastic and no matter how tight you turn the knob holding the two balls, the balls still slip in the socket and the dash cam is not solidly fixed.So, this is a temporary solution until I can locate rubber coated extension arms that will grip the socket when the knob is tightened.

I would not recommend… Poor quality, several broken parts, and the mirror jumps around a lot after installing. Don’t waste your time or money.

First time I ordered these, they never came. So I cancelled that and got my refund. Decided to try to order again and this time it finally arrived. The ball tips on these are smaller than the typical phone holders. To use I’ll have to find something to wrap around the ball end to hopefully make this snug enough to use. It’s really not very solid. Doubt I’ll end up using this.

Great quality and options for extending but it unfortunately didn't work with my Garmin products.

I used this to mount my dash cam to my mirror so I didn’t risk the coating on my car windows. I also wanted to be able to turn it if needed and to remove the camera from the hot car. I can’t say for long term durability yet. I bought an extra set in case the sun ruined it. I also don’t know how long the camera will last so it’s between the two. I’ll use the parts as needed on another camera someday or something else maybe. But all’s good now.
