This is a good product but found that there's an adhesive across the pad also which causes it to stick to the wound. I like the fact there are holes in the outside adhesive that still lets the skin breathe and not break down as quickly. The larger size, 6", costs more but comes with less in the package so it does make it cost more to have the quantity when it's something that needs to be changed alot.
