Anyone know the flow per stroke on this unit?

Graco's 24G636 Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Manual Hand Pump is capable of pumping DEF up to 11 oz. (1627 ml.) per stroke. For the product manual and more information on this pump, please visit https://www.graco.com/us/en/vehicle-service/product/24g636.html. Thank you and have a great day.

How long is the hose that goes to truck tank?

It is a 6' dispense hose with ball valve and drum length down tube.

Can I put a longer hose on this pump?

Hello, yes you would be able to put your own longer hose on it if you wished. The only drawback we could think of is it being a manual pump, so it might take more pumps to get the product through. This model comes with a 6' hose. Thank you for the question, and have a wonderful day.

Is anyone using this pump with the plastic 55 gal drum?

Hello, Yes. The hand pump is made to go into the 2" threaded bung of a 55-gallon drum and has a drum length adjustable downtube. Thank you, Graco Technical Assistance
