Love it!!
Love it! This is my second one in years. I love the 4190 it’s durable and small. The RB Gray Box came with some damages which may a big deal for some people. The product itself came great! As described.

Not a good experience
Everything looked used and old as you can see in the video and picture. There is no way that was due to shipping. The box was very old and used. Probably got someone’s return that’s been sitting forever on a shelf.

We're too tight. Gave me headaches
I can't wear them. For some reason they press hard behind my ears and give me a headache. So disappointed. I even used the Ray-Ban app to see what would be the right fit. Joys of shopping online
