Do these fit snugly or do they jiggle around a lot like some of the other brands?

They fit snugly. I have had no problem with them and three people in the family ride. My son changes them back and forth and still it hasn't been a problem.

Is the pedal platform difficult to remove it on peloton bike+?

I found the spring under the pedal and loosen it. Then the pedal platform can be easily removed.
