I don't think they are 45 lbs
They are great training weights. I just don't think they are 45 lbs. Mine feels heavier. I don't have a set of scales. But the two of them I have feel only slightly lighter than the 120lbs anvil I have. And not by much, definitely not the 30 lbs claimed.

This is a great starting weight for Ruck Sack training
I have a small pack with a Hydro sleeve. This fits well in there, or if I use the hydro sleeve then I just put it in the main section.
