I’ve been using the NewMe Fitness Workout Cards for over a year now, and I can confidently say they’re some of the best fitness tools I’ve picked up. I own quite a few sets: bodyweight, dumbbell, resistance band, yoga, stretching, and even cable. Whenever they go on sale for around $10, I grab another one. The cards are sturdy and easy to read, so they hold up well even after months of flipping through them. What I love most is how they keep my workouts interesting. I don’t always use them during my actual workout, but I use them a lot when I’m building my weekly plans. They help spark new ideas and combinations, so I’m not stuck doing the same routine over and over. Each deck also includes pre-built workouts for beginners and advanced users, which is great for days when I don’t feel like coming up with my own plan. Even though I use the Hevy app to log and build my workouts, these cards are a perfect complement.
