You Deserve a new Throne!
Love this toilet! So worth it! Treat yourself, especially if older. An improvement in every way. Now just hoping I don’t have to replace insides as often as other cheaper toilets. And a bargain at $150 cheaper than the exact same model at Home Depot!

Watch out for damaged parts
Big fan of a Toto toilet but it is painful if your delivery is damaged.Open all the boxes before installation (I made this mistake) because there is not partial replacement system and you have to return the entire system.I gave this a 1-star because the cherry-on-top was a rude customer service agent with Toto who kept basically saying “not my problem” and seemed like they wanted to end this call. I understand there might not be a lot of control on their end but I got in a familiar loop which is “Amazon said call Toto. Toto said call Amazon”

Flushes Well & Looks Beautiful
I needed a 10-inch rough-in toilet that flushed well, as I live in an old building with low water pressure. My plumber suggested TOTO Drake. It flushes really well and completely, even with 1.28 GPF. I love the taller "Universal Height". The glazing on the toilet is really beautiful and looks clean for a long time. Toilet comes with SoftClose seat. I had a separate bidet attachment that didn't work with this seat, so I gave seat away using CraigsList. The recipient and his wife were very happy. I really liked the quality of the seat, very heavy duty plastic. The toilet arrived promptly and perfectly (very well packed). So convenient to be able to get from Amazon at a great price that included shipping!

It’s a Toto, what can I say?
Toto products are some of the best you will find. I’ve tried others and they come up short, usually it seems that most toilets can’t shove a turd down for the life of them. This thing rocks, especially with the Toto washlet bidet. If you haven’t bought one yet spend the money and do it you won’t regret it and your wife will love you.
