These taste fine, and seemed mildly effective for relaxing and calming my anxiety, but the gummies would often harden and clump together as I was reaching the bottom of the jar; frequently needing a spoon to detach them from clumping.

I was excited to try this product. Ive used Goli Ashwagandha in the past, but decided to go the cheaper route this time. My mistake!Its labeled as raspberry flavored.It unfortunately is not.When I first opened the bottle, the smell was overwhelming. Literally smelled like someone had vomited black jelly beans.I dont know if it may have gone rancid from being put in my mailbox on a 95° day, but the smell was horrid.I decided to try to overcome the odor and try one anyways.Nope, nope, nope. It tastes as bad as it smelled.I cant say if the product actually works or not, but unless you have a stomach of steel, I dont recommend.Sorry Natures way, I hate leaving bad reviews, but I needed to warn others.
