Was introduced to the TRX bands by a practitioner assisting my recovery from an injury. I eventually bought multiple resistant weights. Lower resistance is great to build form and surprisingly challenging--you can always shorten the slack. These are great for home, packable so perfect for travel. You can use the for strength training, developing and monitoring fir proper form, and stretching/flexibility.

Green band is possibly a faulty product
Bought a year ago. Immediately just used the yellow one for physical therapy. Rest were stored in an interior closet in low humidity and modest temps (norther California).Opened up the rest last week to find the green one has molded on itself and was unsafe to use. Only reason to drop a star.
