These RAM sticks work and look great, but omg the price shot up like crazy. I bought these in February 2025 for $109, so if you’re looking for good performance but don’t mind the crazy price spike, then I recommend these

I bought this G.SKILL Trident Z5 6400MT/s kit for my latest build, and it has been rock solid. The speed is a massive jump over standard DDR5, and I noticed an immediate improvement in responsiveness while editing and multitasking. The Intel XMP 3.0 profile worked perfectly one click in the BIOS and it was running at its full rated speed without any stability issues. Aside from the performance, these are easily the best-looking RAM sticks on the market. The RGB lighting is smooth and vibrant, and the sleek heat spreader design feels very premium. If you want top-tier speed and looks for a professional workstation or gaming PC, this is the kit to get.

Awesome RAM set. RGB works with ASUS Aura Sync. No issues there. I did have issues during my initial build while installing Windows 11 Pro. I was continually getting BSODs left and right. I was worried I had a damaged component somewhere. I checked the seating of the RAM, the motherboard, video card, nVME SSD, all kinds of stuff. 3 hours later I forgot about that damn Intel XMP profile. It seems a little counter-intuitive, you HAVE to run Intel XMP profiles in BIOS otherwise your RAM will run at something crazy slower, like 70% less whatever your rated speed is. Alas, I discovered the issue was WHERE I had placed my RAM. Most mobos will have their RAM slots in this order: A1, A2, B1, B2. I had them in A1 and A2. Seems like it should be fine there, right? Nope. Re-seated the RAM in slots A2 and B2, turned the default Intel XMP profile on in BIOS, booted to Windows, and checked speed with CPUZ-ID. Boom, RAM was running at its rated speed, 6400MHz. Ran several stress tests. No more BSODs! Hooray! System was stable. It’s 2024 ffs, we should be able to put RAM in any slot and be able to run Intel XMP without it destabilizing the entire rig. But we aren’t there yet, unfortunately. We are a few short time periods away from having AI overlords, but with this stupid crap I’m sure Intel XMP will thwart their plans for world domination. Not G.Skill’s fault. Their RAM runs great, if you install it correctly per Intel’s specs. SK Hynix DRAM, for those that care. Same stuff as Corsair Vengeance chips, just a fancy heatsink makes Corsair’s more expensive I guess. Buy this RAM!

I paired this ram with a Asus strix Z790-a motherboard and a 13900k. The performance jump from using DDr4 was significant! I've seen some people saying their sets weren't stable at 6400. I must say Asus did a great job with their XMP profiles as I never once had any issues using XMP 1 XMP 2 or XMP tweaked! Before buying ram one must make sure their Motherboard is compatible for the speed they are buying. My motherboard is rated up to 8000mhz with the new bios updates. Before installing new ram one should always update their Bios to make sure they have any recent compatibility and stability updates! Simply plugging in a ddr5 ram into a motherboard with a outdated bios may not work! Many people fail to understand that dual channel ram is what XMP is designed for. When using 4 dimm ram it's very common for XMP and the rated speeds to not be compatible although it is improving week by week! Over all I would recommend this ram for any 13 series Intel CPU. Pairs great with the 13700 and 13900 series CPUs! I've never once had any stability issues relating to memory. The blue screen crashes I've experienced were due to windows errors or the Intel ETU app when making a overclock profile using the app!

This ram looks Great, and looks even better. Installed 4 sticks of this in my build, have had no problems running everything under the sun, all at the same time.

I have been a fan of G. Skill ram sets for years and have used them in several builds. They tend to have higher speeds for better prices and the higher end stuff comes with the heat spreaders and lighting. This set has again proven to be reliable with no speed or latency issues and they add a nice pop of color to the inside of the case. I capture the colors and brightness in a few pictures attached.

Great kit but there are gaps around the heatsink where the RGB lighting will leak through. Also be aware at these speeds DDR5 is fussy, you need to make sure via the gskill model number it is on your motherboards approved list. 1 digit out and it may not work. You can also forget 64gb ram because at these speeds it will be very unstable because no motherboard out there has been designed to cope with it.

Import aus Amerika. Sehr positiv war die nachträgliche teilweise Rückerstattung der Zollgebühren, damit hatte gar nicht gerechnet. Speicher tut problemlos seine Arbeit. Gerne wieder.
