The blending is smooth, and the jars are easy to clean. It is perfect for daily use and doesn’t take much space in the kitchen. I also really appreciate the customer care service. I've used this product for over an year now, the overall experience with the blender is really good. The blender's performance is really well if used for household purposes. But after using it for a year suddenly the blender stopped working while making loud sounds. So, I reached out to the customer service to let them know about the problem and from the very first day they guided me properly. As a gesture of goodwill they also provided me a complimentary replacement for the mixer. I am very much satisfied with their product quality as well as their service quality. So overall, if anyone wants a blender in an affordable range for household purposes can definitely go for this product. It's really worth the money that you're spending. It's also very easy to use and the product is also very good. Go for it. I am very happy that Nutripro is not only maintaining their product quality but also their customer service quality and I hope that they continue to do this.

Good Product at This Price – 3 Months of Experience I was initially quite unsure about buying the Cookwell NutriPro because, at this price range, it is difficult to find a mixer that feels reliable and performs well. But after using it for around 3 months, I can say that I’m pleasantly surprised with the product. During my first few uses, I noticed that the mixer was quite shaky while running. I contacted the manufacturer regarding the issue, and I was genuinely impressed with their support. They were very helpful and arranged a replacement for the product within 7 days. For the after-sales service, I would honestly give them 10/10. The replacement has been working well, and my overall experience so far has been good. It does its job properly and has been reliable for my regular use. If you are considering buying this mixer and have a limited budget, I would definitely recommend keeping it among your top two choices. If your budget doesn’t allow you to go for a high-end mixer, this is absolutely worth considering. Overall: Good product + very good customer support for the price.

I bought this mixer grinder around June 2025 . It performed very well and was very useful . But around July 2026 the mixer started showing some issues and ultimately stopped working. As it was under the warranty period of 2 years , I requested the company for a service. At first I thought they would take it for repairing and return it back to me. But to my surprise they told that they will fully replace the mixer with a new one(excluding the jars and blade). I was very happy to hear this. The pick up was scheduled immediately on the day I reported to them . The delivery of the new one took around 1 week. The new mixer is also working very well. The customer service was very good and cooperative throughout the whole process. They regularly updated me with the progress of the work. I am very thankful to Cookewell Domestic Appliances Pvt Ltd. for your service.
