LOVE this machine! I was able to make SEEDLESS blackberry jam that was truly seedless. Used it to make salsa but found it not chunky enough as it really mashed and separated the tomatoes. It’s a great jam maker tho! It’s pretty easy to clean and use just don’t put anything frozen into it LMAF!

This product is excellent. I’ve made spaghetti sauce, strawberry jelly, blackberry jelly, and blueberry jelly. This has really made life much easier. My only complaint is how difficult it is to get seeds out of the straining cone. But I guess having them stuck in the strainer beats having them in your jelly.

What a great Tool, We have only made applesauce with it so far but so easy. No peeling or coring is necessary. Just pull the stem, 1/4, cook and put them thru the mill. Pulp comes out in one area ans cores and skin another. My only complaint is that we used Fugi apples and the middle screen and the apple sauce is pretty thick. So not the machines fault and next year we will add some apple juice to thin it up a bit.
