I’ll confess, I was surprised when I saw Stetson original cologne on a ‘10 best colognes’ list in a men’s magazine. I had not used it in many years, so I decided to get a bottle, and I was very pleasantly surprised. It smells great, lasts a long time, and is very reasonably priced. I got a couple of bottles to give as gifts, but not before doing a blind smell test. This stuff seems much better than I remembered it from back in the day.

Sprays powerfully, one good spritz will do you. Scent is strong out of the bottle, but mellows in a few minutes and lasts a good 6-8 hours. Can't beat it for the price.

I've had this cologne for about 8 months, and have used it daily. I still have plenty left! The smell is great, when first sprayed it may come off as too cleaning supplies-y, but it fades into a wonderful, woody scent. My only gripe with it is that it only lasts about 6 hours and is completely gone by lunchtime. Not an issue if you have access to reapply it, but more longevity would be nice. Overall a wonderful product that punches well above its price point!
