Nice but poor quality control. Both pads had dents, likely from being shipped in a soft envelope.Definitely harder than the original material, but for the money they are hard to beat.

Perfect fit for my Herman Miller Aeron
One of the arm rests on my Herman Miller Aeron was damaged during a move so I bought a set of these and so far I've been very happy with them. They fit perfectly, were easy to install and the texture was better than the originals. These also did not have the chemical smell that other buyers mentioned. I would buy these again.

1+ Year Review - Still Like New
Great replacement arm pads for my Aeron Chair. I replaced these about 1.5 years ago and use my chair daily for work and personal use, so my chair is used a lot. These have held up great and still look just like when I got them. They are comfortable, were easy to install, and were a fair price.

Low Cost Replacements, But Do Not Match Original In Quality or Design
I've had these replacement arm rest pads on my chair for over a month now, and here are my conclusions:1. They are much firmer than the original arm pads, this is not a major negative, just an observation.2. The pads are not the same dimensions or shape as the original (circa 2003) Aeron arm rest pads. These are narrower and shorter and lack the downturn along the leading edge.3. The hard plastic frame which you screw into aren't quite the correct shape, so there is a bit of 'finesse' required to get the screws and holes to line up.Overall, they are inexpensive replacements and are acceptable but not extraordinary.
