I love it
These vitamins have helped me a lot with early menopause at 41 after having my ovaries removed. My hot flashes have decreased about 90%. I used to take only ashwagandha, but this supplement has worked even better for me. I also take magnesium for better sleep and joint pain, and the combination has made a big difference. Product great seller bad
The product is great! This seller is horrible and likes to put stickers over the ingredient panel so that you can’t read the ingredient panel and they think that they’re making it harder for you to order from another seller but all they do is make you not want to order from this seller….

Placebo Effect?
I don't know if it is really working or not. I alternate between this and Estroven. I bought the Black Cohosh as well. I do seem to be sleeping better and have felt less hot at night. But then again, I turned the thermostat down and opened a window.

Did Not Help With My Hot Flashes
I really wanted these to work. I have taken this brand for my gall bladder and they really worked but these did not help my menopausal symptoms at all. I gave them 3 stars because I do believe they could help some women because this brand is such a good brand but this particular item just didn't help me.
