Nice one...compact and sturdy

I thought the battery died in a month initially. However, after trying four brand new batteries (which I had to order separately and spend money), now I think the device is faulty and of low quality. False advertising and product information. check the images. Don't buy it if you are using it printing bills. Completely useless and waste of money. update: its been a week since an email was shot to the seller requesting repair or replace. I'm yet to receive a reply. It's pretty much a toy device that won't last a month.

It takes 10–15 minutes just to start, and even then it often requires multiple attempts. But once it starts, it prints perfectly.

This is not just for iPhone users—Android users also need to install a third-party app. The iPhone is not detecting the device in Bluetooth, and one of the Android phones is also not able to connect to it. This isn’t a complex issue, and connecting such devices should be straightforward. I’m not sure why customer care assistance is required for something so basic. The repeated suggestions like restarting the device or turning on location aren’t resolving the problem Customer care is not resolving the issue and keeps insisting that the app is not required. We are using AlignBooks software, and they are saying the problem might be with our software.
