yes. there are two stands that fit only the crossbar for the backdrop.

I'm not sure about tutorials on this particular set, which is fairly easy, if youve set up lights and backdrops before. But you can search the internet or go to YouTube and search studio lighting kit with backdrops setup and get a plethora of information on it.

it's about 30 pounds. but you're gonna want to add about 5-10 pounds in the counterweight (i used bags filled with rice) which will add to the total weight.
