Loud, wakes me up, it’s up to me then to make sure I’m up but it definitely wakes me. It’s a good quality clock, easy to use functionality, and runs on batteries so no power cuts will make you miss the alarm, unless you have rubbish batteries that die easily. Easy to set the time, the alarm hand is tricky to guess the actual alarm time but once you get the knack it’s easy.

This alarm wakes my son up, a feat which no other alarm so far has successfully accomplished. It also wakes everyone else in the house! Easy to set and use. Nice retro styling too.

Alarm is loud and because there's a switch at the back to turn it off, every morning you have to almost play with it to get it to stop. (I usually hold the hammer and find the switch). It will wake you up. I'm disappointed the light doesn't stay on and only reacts to a button that you need to hold down. Battery seems to last forever before you need to change and the time hasn't desynced at all. It is a little bit finicky trying to set the exact time, so give or take 1 minute at the most but overall a great alarm.
