I bought in a few of these for my uncle at christmas. I never know what to get him, but he builds model airplanes so I thought maybe this would be something interesting for him to do. He absolutely loves them and now it's a go-to at Christmas time for him. They are a bit on the expensive side, have a lot of small pieces and require someone with patients to put them together. If you know someone who loves puzzles or models then this is definitely an interesting next step for them. I bought a carousel with airplanes on it for him last year for Christmas and it actually works! It plays music and moves! Pretty nifty! Highly recommended!

Enjoyed making this and seeing it work

The build was very enjoyable, took about 4 hours while just hanging out. Included sand paper so that was handy. While ordering/first making it I was a little sceptical, but after it was all put together and I fired it, I was sold on buying another. Watch out for the arrows though! My nephew shot one and didn’t pick it up, felt like stepping on Lego, pure pain! Lol

I bought this for my son (14) to give his dad for Father’s Day since he wanted something they could do together. He’s made similar things but they were always too simplistic. This was def a great choice. My husband and son would work on a little bit each night to stretch it out but the end result was impressive. They both really enjoyed putting all the pieces together and having a functioning piece at the end. The quality was very good. We would definitely purchase another kit in this same format. I almost wish there were more complicated kits for them to work on. There may be but this one seemed to be the most complicated one I could find.
