Great Chair! Great Value!
This chair is by far the most comfortable chair I have ever had. It's very comfortable and sturdy. You can press your hand down essentially anywhere on the padded part of the chair and not feel the inside base. You'll never be able to feel the inside of this chair with your booty. It is firm, so if you like soft and floofy, then look elsewhere. With that being said, it is very stable and feels good on your posture. I am 6'4 and the chair is very comfortable and flexible. I don't even use it on the highest position most of the time. It comes with a removable lumbar pillow and a headrest. These are both filled with memory foam, and can be taken out via a zipper in case they need replaced. You cam move the armrests in essentially any direction. They move up/down, Left/Right, forward/backward, and rotate in and out at an angle (from straight to a pigeon toed angle). They are made of some type of hard yet plushy plastic, somewhat like a rubber, but more on the plastic side for sure. I am not good at explaining materials, but they are very sturdy and comfortable. I have been using the chair for a few weeks, many hours a day, and have had no elbow issues at all. It has a mechanism to swap between rocking and a locked position. You can also recline the chair back to nearly 180 degrees; if not completely. It also can be moved up an down. If you are 6' or up do not be afraid of this chair being too short, it won't be! It is comfortable for anyone within 6'0-6'6. It's hard for me to judge for someone shorter than that since I am fairly tall myself, so my opinion would be entirely a guess. The base of the chair is some type of aluminum plastic mix. It's very sturdy and strong, not cheap quality by any means. Do not be concerned about the of materials on this chair, they are great. My slouching back pain has subsided after just a few days. It has really helped my posture, even when I stand up I notice I am now standing up straighter. I normally tend to slouch forward or backwards, but with this chair after a little while it finally feels more comfortable to sit up straight rather than to slouch! Oh..The instructions really suck, but for reference, use the longer bolts on the bottom, and the shorter ones on the side. lol

In Depth Review
Had this chair for 1 day so far. Material is top tier. Leathers feel super smooth and resilient, it's nice just gliding your hands across. I just replaced my last chair because the paint/dye covering starting peeling off after about two years and I suspect this chair will not have this issue. Cushions are quite firm but also very comfortable. The pillow and lumbar support are amazing additions as they are less firm but still firm enough not to become crushed, they feel very soft. Overall I would say this chair is more comfortable than the front seat of a Mercedes-Benz. Aesthetically I believe this chair is the most appealing chair on the market (regardless of price range) and is the #1 reason for my purchase. I have the White/Black version. I am 5'6" and my feet reach the floor at the lowest height setting (I suspect you could reach the floor even at 5'5"), but do not remain touching when rocking back. I recommend some type of ottoman or foot stool for shorter people. I am able to sit in the chair with crossed legs easily while the lumbar is attached and imagine you can do so up to 6'0" before needing to remove the lumbar support to attain extra space. Chair height raises about 2-3 inches total from the lowest position. The rocking feature feels very fluid and has a smooth recoil upon release of resistance (the best rocking experience I have had in any seat of any kind to date). It has a reclining feature that goes back to about 180 degrees or so (I recommend locking the rocking feature before using the reclining feature if you plan to max out so your head doesn't go below your center of gravity). Arm rests are super comfortable. It feels like a firm rubber (I can press into the material about 2-3 mm with my thumb). The arm rests are very versatile in their range of movement (forward/backward, up/down, translation to left/right, and rotation to left/right). The reason this isn't a 5 star review is because of the terrible instructions. In comparison, IKEA should be given the Nobel Prize for description and ease of understanding. There are three lengths of bolts. Two of which are the same except for length and both utilize washers and locking nuts. Place the locking nut and then the washer behind the locking nut onto each bolt with hex heads. The longer hex-head bolt connects the base to the bottom cushion and the shorter hex-head bolt connects the bottom cushion to the top cushion. There are two much smaller philips-head bolts that connect the guards to the cushion connectors. The cover guard attachment requires a lot of pressure and leverage to apply the bolt (it took me a while with much frustration before I figured this out) because the bolt is short and the connection has a very low total thread count. I ran into an issue where one of the philips-head bolts was stripped of its thread so I can't attach one of the cover guards without replacing the bolt (would have been fine if the thread connection and bolt lengths were longer, or even if extra bolts were included). Hopefully I can come into contact to get some replacements bolts. Otherwise I will just go to Lowe's/Home Depot as I'm not gonna bother to dissemble and reassemble this chair for a full replacement. Also, going against the very few things that were listed in the instructions (because the bolts were not mentioned into the instructions or even listed on the materials included) which is the order of attachment of materials. I recommend attaching the base to the bottom cushion first, placing the base/bottom cushion onto the wheel platform (requires weight to settle in and connect the base to the mechanism to utilize rocking and height adjustment features), then the top cushion to the bottom cushion, and lastly the cover guards. Overall I feel this chair is great and well worth the price. Despite the currently missing cover guard and assembly frustration I believe this chair is well worth the price and in comparison aesthetically I prefer this over all others.

It's got Support, It's got sturdiness, but by god is it just not comfy
The lumbar support pillow and headrest is nice and so is the feature to lean forward. But i cannot get past those metal bars and how small the bottom cushion is. The metal bars are inside the edges of the cushion and if you are any bit wider than the center of the cushion you end up sitting on metal bars instead of the HARD cushion in the center. Probably the most uncomfortable chair i have had the displeasure of sitting in. Please don't waste you money this seems like a knock off model of a better chair.

***REVIEW UPDATE*** wobbly/ other issues- unfortunate for what appears to be a high quality chair at first glance
***REVIEW UPDATE after several months of use*** well, i have i had the chair for several months now and i have to say, i am left completely disappointed. What started off as a very high quality chair that i was very happy with, has turned into a complete dud. biggest issue: the chair now wobbles. i have checked all the screws and made sure everything is nice and tight just in case things loosened up after a few months of use. that is not the case unfortunately. i believe the issue is with the hydraulic base. the chair seems to pivot on the post and wobble around. if i am sitting forward in the chair, all is good. as soon as i lean back against the back rest (NOTE: NOT in a reclining position) the chair then starts to wobble all over the place. i would say it is a good 5 degree lean to the left or right. it is frustrating because it feels like i cant get comfortable in the chair thanks to the lean and have to shift back and forth. I have contacted N Seat support and we will see what they do about this. if i could, i would return this to amazon immediately consider this is supposed to be a very high quality chair that is 400 dollars. for that kind of money, i expect it to be perfect. what i am left with is a chair that was initially great, but now is a turd. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- High quality seat. Serious dxracer competitor. More comfortable than the dxracers that I have sat in. Would have received 5 stars but first chair I was sent had a few issues and had to be returned. Back rest didn't align with the seat right so it was slightly at an angle. You noticed feeling slightly askew when sitting in the chair. Also, the right arm rest was broken. It would not lock into position for any of the adjustments. Thankfully the replacement I received is perfect and a really great chair. Can sit for hours, gaming in comfort.

Great chair, but can have assembly and instruction issues
So far good chair. Much better than my generic leather office chair from office store XYZ. I've only been using it for a couple of days, but can already tell that is a solid built chair. It is very firm starting out, can't tell for sure; but I think the seat will confirm to your butt. i really like it so far (250 lb person), with the exception of three issues. The first.....the instructions say to take out the screws on the back rest in assembly. In my case, all of the screws were included in the hardware packet. This created a problem because I had no idea of knowing which screws went into the seat/back assembly and which went into the seat/multi function control assembly. there are 8 screws total, 4 for the back/seat assembly and 4 for the seat/multi function control assembly and they are different sizes. As luck would provide I put the incorrect sizes in the back/seat assemble, so the other 4 did not fit properly. What should have been a 15 to 30 min assembly turned into a hour plus assembly since out of trial and error, I figured out (no help from the instructions) that I had the wrong screws in the chair/back assembly. So if you have the same issue......the long screws go into the seat/multi function control and the short screws go into the chair/back assembly. The second issue... there are no instructions on the washers. It comes with 8 of ea. normal washers and a offset spring type. I had to look online for general hardware questions to find what the proper sequence of washers were. From my understanding the spring/offset washer goes first toward the head of the screw and the flat washer goes toward the chair, in that order. The third issue.... Mine came with an irregular flat washer that did not fit the screw. I chose to put one screw on the forward facing bottom assembly without the washer, thinking that is the least area on the chair in regards to constant stress. I will update in future if this was a bad decision. Otherwise, good chair so far. Would have given a 4.5 to 5 stars if now for these issues.

Serious DX-Racer Competitor here
This chair is really freaking amazing!!! I was originally going to buy the lower model (300 Series) but I fell in love with this one. Let me be clear that this is NOT a chair that you sink into like a lazyboy. This is just my assumption in saying that the padding and comfort are specifically designed for long periods of sitting. I'm 5'11 and sit in this chair for about 3-5 hours daily. Regardless the chair is very comfortable and great for my back. Previous to my other computer chairs I am able to comfortably sit a good posture now. The lower back pillow is removable as well. As far as the negatives, my shipping box was pretty damaged and the chair itself seemed as if it was used already (had dirt, scuff marks, and scratches). Amazon was great and has shipped a replacement free of charge. I got the red and black chair but, the red is not how it looks in the picture. It is a more fiery lava red that almost looks orange. I got used to it though and now I really like it. The instructions were unhelpful however it took me about 20 minutes to put together. The recliner lever is smooth and hassle free as well as the 2 other levers to lock chair and move chair up and down. The chair does not tilt side to side, it feels durable and comes with great quality frame and gas cylinder. If you're looking for a SOLID beautiful looking chair, look no further! Side note: The blue chair does not have the carbon fiber look on the color panels as the black, white, and red do. I verified this with N-Seat because that was the one I would have chose. Quality Chair
I bought the blue one because it was cheaper than the others for some reason. This chair is really sturdy and well made. None of the parts feel cheap. I'll have to see how the stitching holds up but I don't think I'm going to have problems with durability. All of the functions work as intended and the padding is stiff enough but not stiff to the point where it's uncomfortable. The instructions were vague and poorly detailed. There two similar type of screws where the only difference was the length and the instructions don't tell you where they're supposed to go. Same goes with the washers (though that was more obvious). Overall, it's a good quality chair.

I don't find it super comfortable.
Update... After several months of use, I can safely say that my ass hurts! This was literally the worst purchase I think I have ever made. Do not buy it. I don't find it super comfortable. The seat is very hard. I am hoping that it has a bit more give later on. One of the side covers will not screw in. The pole it sits on the seems a bit wobbly to me. Personally I don't feel like I got what I paid for. I expected much better quality for this price.
