This was by far the best Contact or contact like paper that I have ever used. I covered 8 or 10 shelves and honestly, it went quickly. It stuck to the surfaces really well and looks great. This is such a huge improvement us oldies remember from the much thinner, older stuff.

My room is divided by my wardrobe, so the back faces my lounging area. I used this to cover the backside of my wardrobe and now it looks 10x better than before. Easy to apply and the adhesive is strong. The color is pretty and the texture feels like actual wood.

If your walls have any texture at all, I wouldn't recommend this paper. The repeat is a bit challenging, so it took me three days to hang and almost three times more paper than I thought I'd need (because of the repeat). It was so pretty when I was finally done. The quality is good...really good. It is thick and has a bit of give to it. You can stick and restick, which helps, for sure. The problem comes when you apply this paper to anything other than a completely and utterly smooth wall. I have an "orange peel" wall and after a couple of months, it came peeling off the wall. So disappointing. Not the paper's fault; it's mine. But it was a very expensive error.

I'm glad I chose this product. It was very easy to work with, and it was thick enough that I could cut it to shape without any problems AND most importantly, when I positioned it wrong, I was able to pull it off and reposition it without wrinkles or damage. I used it to cover the back of mirrored closet doors, so it will never get any wear and tear...so I don't know how it would hold up if you covered a table or shelves.

Looks great for the price! Covered two desk surfaces with it!

This paper is very thin. It tears easily. Will not work for my project. Maybe I can use it for something else.

I bought a Walmart cabinet all white with plastic handles. It served the purpose of holding supplies but looked sterile and off putting. I bought this wall paper to soften it up and give some character. I also purchased new handles. I have worked with a few types of peel and stick wall paper in the past. This was a breeze to cut and measure. I ordered more than I needed beacuse I knew I'd mess up at some point and create folds or creases where they shouldn't be. I had to remove the wall paper from one of the doors due to creasing. No damage and the next round was a success. I would highly suggest using a felt lined press tool to ensure you don't rip or damage the paper. Once applied it feels sturdy and has a slight grain to the pattern which is nice. Overall, 100% recommend
