Una herramienta que he hechado de menos por mucho tiempo. Parece compleja al montarla y empezar a usarla pero sólo es poner bien 4 o 5 piezas y funciona genial.Me faltó una pieza en el envío, y aunque costó dias solucionarlo, el vendedor siempre me contestó y se encargó de enviarme un soporte nuevo.Muy contento con la compra y el vendedor se portó muy bien ante el problema.

Essendo già in possesso di un eccellente trapano top di gamma Bosch concepito ed ottimizzato anche per l’utilizzo in verticale con i supporti a colonna per trapani, mi sono messo alla ricerca di un prodotto affidabile, stabile, costruito con buoni materiali, versatile, facile da trasportare e con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.Dopo una lunga e meticolosa ricerca ho deciso di focalizzare la mia attenzione sulla Wolfcraft scartando, per una questione di costi eccessivi, i prodotti della Wabeco (prodotti concepiti per lavorazioni particolari non solo con i supporti a colonna per trapano)Da subito ho notato l’ottima qualità dei materiali di questo supporto by Wolfcraft, e ciò che ho trovato davvero facilissimo è stato Il montaggio (anche se non ho usato le istruzioni vi consiglio di dargli comunque uno sguardo se non siete esperti)Senza andare oltre con i dettagli arriviamo al dunque dato che è la cosa più importante quando si parla di trapani a colonna o di supporti a colonna per trapani: lo sbandieramento.Per eliminare lo sbandieramento che può verificarsi quando il blocco su cui è fissato il trapano sale e scende, ho agito sul bullone in ottone posto sul lato sinistro del blocco su cui è presente un dado di fissaggio.In sequenza ho:1) montato il supporto2) ingrassato bene la cremagliera3) avvitato il bullone in ottone fino a stabilizzare il blocco eliminando lo sbandieramento4) avvitato il dado sul bullone in ottone senza stringere forte5) iniziato a far scendere e salire il blocco cercando di notare il punto in cui vi era uno sbandieramento maggiore, ed in quel punto e a quella determinata altezza ho stretto nuovamente il bullone in ottone e fissato il dado.In fine ho fatto salire e scendere il blocco per qualche minuto col fine ultimo di effettuare una sorta di “fresatura” lungo tutta la parte sinistra della cremagliera sfruttando il bullone in ottone come fosse una fresa che, strusciando per tutta la lunghezza della cremagliera, ha “inciso” e ricreato un nuovo percorso/canale perfettamente dritto e coerente con il movimento up/down del blocco che ospita il trapano, e così facendo ho eliminato totalmente lo sbandieramento per tutta la lunghezza di scorrimento riuscendo quindi ad ottenere successivamente forature perfettamente perpendicolari, precise e senza movimenti.Ho effettuato anche fresature sul metallo e per farlo ho semplicemente avvitato tutti i bulloni e bloccato totalmente il supporto all’altezza desiderata, ed ho utilizzato una morsa doppia a scorrimento avente un peso importante tale da rendere la fresatura stabile e precisa.Personalmente mi ritengo molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto di questo supporto che, a mio modo di vedere, non ha nulla da invidiare ad altri prodotti professionali, ed è per questo che consiglio vivamente l’acquisto di questo prodotto.Wolfcraft 5027000 – voto 10 su 10 !!!

Bij ontvangst bleek er een gat in de doos te zitten, maar alles was gelukkig compleet. Na het uitpakken is het in elkaar zetten vrij gemakkelijk. Er is geen geschreven handleiding met suggesties, tips, aandachtspunten, wat wel en wat niet te doen, alleen een plaatje.Maar daarna begint de fijnsfstelling en dat is best even wat gedoe. Het komt vrij nauw hoe strak je bepaalde bouten vastdraait. Te strak: kolom is bijna niet te bewegen. Te los: gaat te koste van de nauwkeurigheid. Uiteindelijk moet je zelf een balans vinden zodat er nergens speling op zit, de kolom goed loopt en de boor aan alle kanten exact haaks is. Als je daar even rustig de tijd voor neemt, dan werkt het perfect.

It's obvious as soon as you get your hands on this that it is a quality item, and justifies its price. It's not perfect, I had a couple of problems assembling it, and the diagram-only instructions don't help much - first, in order to fit the bolt securing the main clamp, I had to use a small g-clamp to squeeze the main clamp enough to get the bolt to engage with the captive nut in its handle. Second, when working out how to attach the vice that goes with this item (bought separately) I found that the opening at the end of one of the channels in the base plate, through which a securing nut or bolt-head needs to go, was partially blocked by a little "flash" - excess metal from the casting. This needed to be cleaned up with a little file work, but then all was fine. Figuring out how to bolt the vice down so that it is easily adjustable, and the bolts don't interfere with the work piece was a bit tricky. There are solutions viewable on the internet, but mine was to use threaded rod cut to size. The rod can extend down to the bench-top, which stops it falling under the base. Once you have slotted the rod with one nut at the end through the opening at the end of the channel in the base, you can wind the rod to position one nut under the channel (big enough to fit in the channel so it can't turn) and then on the top of the thread fit a large washer, a spring washer, and the securing nut. I found this setup works really well, securing the vice well enough 'finger-tight', so easy to undo and reposition as necessary. Of course you can tighten with a spanner or socket if you need to. Despite these little challenges, I am pleased with the product which is good quality and works more than well enough for a DIY user.
