Don't buy it. It doesn't glow like that at all.

Cute necklace, slightly easy to break
This necklace did glow in the dark after leaving under a lamp for a couple hours. It's super cute, but the center dangle ball is held on by a little silver ring that came undone, but was able to squeeze it together with needle nose pliers
