Beyond frustrated that no hardware for installation was included (and yes it said that in the description) but also that no instructions were included on what hardware to buy on your own or how to install it!

Worked very well
Bought this for my son who had a neck injury in a game. This restricted the neck from moving backward as far as it normally would. Definitely makes a difference when those D Lineman go jamming your face mask backwards.

It fits very weel just consider it for a big person. My son wears it and he is a very big 17 year old.
