Good quality and its claim of waterproof is spot on. Reduced my plantar fasciitis pain after a week of use and was extremely effective while running. Avoid the china made junk like bold fit as this is a made in india product.

I bought it for my mother. First I was bit confused about the adhesive used and if it is good on sensitive skin. But comes out to be a good one, no adhesive marks and nothing leaves behind after the tape removal. Value for money.Pros :1) I can't see any adhesive marks after removing it from skin2) It is stretchable and easy to apply.3) The size of the tape is perfect for shoulder and knee wraps.Cons :1)The material is a bit thinner that I was expecting but somehow it's still fine.

I took to manage my food drop based on a suggestion from YouTuber. While I can’t find fault with the product seriously, it’s worth for food drop is just 5 in a 10 scale.

I don't recommend this product at all.. it's extremely thin.. doesn't give any support at all.. It's adhesive is very irritating to the skin and has left rashes and boils.. feels scratchy.. also it's disintegrating in 1 day.. Just look elsewhere.. don't buy this product at all..
