not ideal for powdering as it is light weight

i like that it's 18/10 stainless steel but it's incredibly heavy, the top does not fit over very well and it was not very good at grinding saffron, which is a dried piece of a flower which is typically easy to grind. wish i could return it but i destroyed the box.
