Some people just don't like fish. And some people are irrevocably put off by the idea of "salmon skins". But for me, these things are THE BOMB. Nice semi-crunchy texture. Gently seasoned and salted just right. It's fish but not too fishy (it's salmon, right?). Not cheap, but an incredibly edible and enjoyable snack.

First, I was almost addicted to the complex flavor. BUT... the price (just high enough to hurt) & having GMO ingredients cured me. If they were cheaper & all natural, I'd rate them 10🌟
