Garlic Scape Powder - 3.3oz. Shaker

If you are like me and do not digest garlic well but love the flavor, this is the solution!! It tastes great with low FODMAPS and no stomach upset ( at least for me.) it is made with garlic scapes, the cute curly green part above the soil level. What a delight to eat garlic bread again!

I have added this seasoning to food. I have a hard time telling whether it's there. To your credit I do cook on a low fodmap diet. It's hard to add garlic where it is not. Not your fault.

I have fructose malabsorption, and a major trigger is garlic and onion. Garlic scapes, however, are just fine. I use garlic scapes or garlic chives as great replacements that taste great. Already on my 2nd bottle of these garlic scapes.

Great flavor, low-FODMAP, and it doesn't seem to bother my partner with MCAS? Yes!That said, there are definitely chunks in the bottle. They somewhat rehydrate depending on what you put them in, by the texture isn't great. I strongly recommend a sieve, and grinding everything up to an actual powder.

great flavor without fodmap problems

I thought I'd try to save some money and buy this less expensive garlic scape powder. Big Mistake! First off it's not powder, which wouldn't have been a big problem, but it has absolutely no flavor. I know garlic scape powder is milder in flavor than regular garlic but I've had much better and this is ridiculous. Not worth even the lower price because you'll end up having to purchasing the more expensive stuff anyway.
