These are very high quality bits. I've been using the ph+2 fairly heavily and they're not showing even the slightest amount of wear. It's obviously a very high grade of tool steel. And nothing fits and grips as well as these Vessel JIS cross type bits. You have to see it to believe it. The only negative I can give is they rust easily. So give them a shot of oil to keep them clean. The bit holder that comes in this kit is a decent holder for standard sized bits but it doesn't hold onto these Vessel bits very securely. There is a lot of play and wobble. It is not magnetic, there is only a C-clip for retention. I think Vessel should have included a differently designed bit holder to pair with these unique bits. It works but it's not great.

I usually use Wera for bits, but after discovering some Vessel products, I’m impressed. This set is a great value because they cost considerably less than Wera bits and the quality seems on par. They are really well engineered, no defects, and the machining seems spot on. The bits grab very well and whether in a hand tool or in a powered one, these do the job nicely. They come in an excellent bit case and with Vessel’s strong reputation for reliability and performance I see these lasting me a long time. If they start breaking and disappointing me, I will edit this review. But, after several weeks of moderate use, these have been excellent. They also pack well for storage in anything, tool bag, case or a shallow drawer. Great product!
