It's a pretty good filter. Needs replacement every 4-5 months. My main issue was with hard water affecting my hair. This reduces it's effects a lot.

Very pathetic machine
The water flow is extremely slow, and it doesn’t even purify the water properly. Within just a month of purchase, I’m already being told to replace the cartridge — which is completely unacceptable.This machine is a total disappointment. It does not work as promised, and for the high price charged, the performance is absolutely pathetic. I feel cheated and would not recommend this to anyone.Don't buy the product at all
