I use this to repair my kitchen cabinets that are made of MDF / thermafoil. It bonds the MDF and allows you to sand it down. I can’t tell that it’s any different from super glue though.

Better than super glue. Get acetone, though in case you glue your fingers together.

It's possible that all CA glue is essentially the same. But several things make ZAP products my choice. 1) Variety of formulations. ZAP makes different "thinness" formulations, and I use them all because each has useful applications. This thin formulation is very thin, and is consistently so from bottle to bottle. It is thin enough to wick into cracks and seams by capillary action, which is exactly why you want the thin formula. 2) Packaging - the bottle has both an inside and outside cap, and they seal so well that the glue lasts a long time. Other brands dry up pretty quickly, but not ZAP. Also, It comes with a long, thin applicator tip, and if you clean it up after each use, can be reused over and over. 3) Adhesion - I've never run comparison tests, but it is as strong as any similar product I have worked with.

I have used this for years on my RC airplanes. I no longer fly them, but I use it for other projects. It is highly superior to any other super glue on the market and I have used them all.
