The emblem is very well made. Metallic frame, clear graphics and authentic details. My initial order had a minor flaw, probably due to shipping, so I contacted customer service to discuss options. My email was answered within 24 hours and a replacement was shipped within 48 hours and received within a week of my contacting the customer service team. This is a beautifully crafted piece of solid material.
Not flimsy or cheap. Very good looking detailed item. I would recommend it. Putting it on a Cadillac STS will look excellent on it
