I bought these and I was very surprised at the quality of the bags. They are made out of a pretty decently thick paper and I genuinely think they would be able to hold gifts that may have a little weight to them ( a couple pounds). They are definitely reusable and I don't think they would rip very easily at all. I love that they came with the tissue paper as well overall this is a great price for the quality you get.

They were so pretty as I presented them holding the gifts for my four friends over Christmas dinner out. They were sturdy and the perfect size to hold the box of cards painted by my artist friend given as gifts.

Great quality, bags are very thick and the design is quite nice. It also comes with gift tissue paper for each bag. Definitely worth every penny.

It's on my for not knowing how big 9inch is but I wouldn't consider these medium size. They are made out of a good material though, thick material. The design in it is nice and the tensile that comes with it goes well with the bag. Good for smaller gifts. Good price for what you are getting. No weird smell.
