All the product this question is asking about is a battery adapter however if your specific charger only goes to 4 A then theoretically you could charge a 4000 mA battery at one see with a four amp charger anything larger than that you were going to charge it less than a 1C rate this will charge most batteries it will just take a long time if your charger only goes to 4 A I would suggest probably getting a more powerful hobby grade charger
