This rolling knife will be very useful. It sliced through my pizza without any problems, and I am looking forward to using it with fruits and veggies. My only critique is that it is a little difficult to clean, as you do need to remove the blade to wash it, but even with the extra work of washing it it is a fantastic kitchen gadget.

It was cheap so I wasn't expecting perfection. First, mine does not look like the one in the picture. I don't have the green portion on the inside of the handle. No biggie. As soon as I took it out of the box, one on the clips popped off. It will still work without it. It doesn't roll perfectly but that is fine. The blade is heavy and sturdy and so that is the plus of this knife.

We threw this away after assembling it with great caution as to not slice a finger! It's very dangerous and scary to use!

I wish I'd gotten a chance to try this on more foods. Works well for cutting bell peppers. Keep your hand away from the blade, of course. I'm eager to try it on something like celery. I bet it will do a great job on onions. I wish the instructions were better. I got two hooks with mine that aren't pictured in the image and for the life of me, I don't know what they're for. I have a parrot and he eats chopped up vegetables. This will be an easier motion for me than chopping... chopping with a knife. I have arthritis so I appreciate having multiple kitchen tools at my disposal. I want to try this on kale and see how it works, too.

Yes, it has it's advantages but the cleaning is a little bit on the dangerous side not sure if it's worth the trouble. However, on certain jobs it definitely has an advantage for speed

It didn't work as expected. I returned it. The blade wouldn't roll when I tried using it.
