Does this handle come with screws?

Yes it does. Two for the top and two for the bottom. I bought one and it is perfect. I put mine on the inside of my coach to assist in stepping out of the rv.

On the stromberg carlson website it says the ah 150 is 18.5 inches, in the amazon description it say 16.5. can anyone give some clarity?

on mine the length was 18.5 and if I remember right the mounting holes are about 16.5.

4 holes total. Two on top and two on the bottom. Its very sturdy if you use appropriate screws and a solid surface for mounting
