Its local so I am absolutely loving this. The taste is great and honey color is very clear and clean. It has not even begun to crystalize over several weeks now. I did a little research on the company and they are legit. No rice honey for me! Its consistency has the perfect thickness for pouring.

Authentic MASON Jars Are Only Glass
I haven't tried the honey yet, but I am so disappointed that the MASON bottle is plastic. I was going to be so in love with the product. Now I don't care.

Taste wonderful
Taste wonderful. It has the appearance of a glass jar, but it is not. However, with that being said it was not a large quantity so I don’t have to worry about crystallization. Great but.

Plastic container
I was disappointed to find the honey came in a plastic jar that is fake, made to look like a glass one. I wanted honey packed in glass, so if it crystallized I could heat it without heating plastic.
