Just right size to get in the mixing bowl to scrap the bowl down when making bread, very happy with this, plus it is all one piece, nice for washing.

I did not think I would spend $17 on a spatula but I was convinced that it was worth it…. here I am reviewing one of the best spatulas I have ever owned. I’m always looking for the spatulas and tools that will help me preserve my cookware and this spatula has become my favorite. I have used it for basic scrambled eggs, omelettes, baked goods, and some other meals… and in each situation I find this spatula to be top of the line. I highly recommend you try this brand and compared to my drawer. of other cooking spatulas/spoons… this one is truly heat resistant and very sturdy even when warm.

I bought this per the recommendation of someone I met at a local kitchen and cookware store, and I love it! Great for daily cooking as well as baking. I don’t have to worry about plastic or other material spatulas melting on the side of a pan, it’s easy to clean, and feels durable. I love that it’s got some bend/flex, but enough stiffness that it’s extremely versatile. I would be shocked if I needed to replace it anytime in the next several years, and I cook/bake regularly.

I’m huge and always struggle with kitchen items that are sized for much smaller people, especially when I’m trying to work doughs or other stiff items by hand. The strain from the smaller handles and poor leverage always leave me feeling frustrated. The quality of the construction is top notch here and the size is perfect - even letting me choke up when needed for different tasks which I can’t normally do.

A superb basic spatula that has become my go-to item whenever I need to do any cooking. It works with delicate omelets and thick cake batter. The shape is very well designed and it can tolerate the heat of a pan.

Hefty and solid. Has had no problem with handling heat and dishwasher safe.

Seriously, everyone asks where the red spatula is. We all love it. It feels good in the hand. The red spatula is great at what it is supposed to do. Thankfully it is easy to clean. It is ergonomic and my hand does not tire mixing things up. I love this item!

Don't get the mini, this longer handled one is perfect for getting the last of the mayo out of the jar.

Strong and sturdy. Works really well for scraping thick batters without the spatula folding onto itself. Would recommend and repurchase

Der blaue Teigschaber ist mit "mini" deklariert, was man aber sehr leicht übersieht. Viel zu klein und unbrauchbar. Amazon wirbt zwar mit der Möglichkeit der Rücksendung, verweigert aber im einzig möglichen automatisierten Verfahren die Rücksendung.

It's hard to give a realistic review given I've had it for such a short period of time but so far it's working quite nicely, hasn't picked up any food smells so I'm comfortable using it for both cooking and baking, I've put it through the dishwasher a dozen times and haven't noticed any wear or tear, so far so good!edit:I've used these spatulas for almost exactly a year and I have nothing but positive things to say about them, great structure that hugs and scrapes the curves of fry pans, woks, and mixing bowls perfectly, very durable and virtually heat proof (no more melted handles!). I've now ordered 2 additional GIT 11-Inch in other colours and even still they're only ever found in the dishwasher because they're the first thing I reach for to make almost everything.The price is a big deterrent for me unfortunately so while I want (and arguably need) more it's hard to justify the price, worse is having someone ask for recommendations and trying to decide whether or not I want to recommend a $23 spatula when plenty of cheap (even if they are lower in quality) options more conveniently available to them, we all know at least a few people that are still highly wary of online shopping so I hope to see this awesome product just become more accessible.

Love GIR and their tools. I've backed them on Kickstarter. I needed more utensils so why not to buy something proven over years
