Review from a woman! Cheaper than women's wool boxer briefs and undershorts.
I'm a woman who typically wears women's clothes and has never worn men's underwear before. Lately I've been interested in trying women's boxer briefs for comfort, but they are relatively few in options, and in wool they are $40+. I saw these for about $25/pair when I purchased them and figured - eh, why not?Initially I thought I may just wear them over my normal underwear as undershorts to stop thigh rub when I wear skirts and dresses (I've tried to find wool versions of undershorts but they are SO expensive), but after a few hours I figured I'd just wear 'em the way they were made to be worn. Honestly? They felt just fine. I thought it might be really baggy in the front, but these must be made that they just stretch there if you have the stuff to stretch it. They don't seem really roomy to me at all. I thought the extra/double fabric up front might be weird, but nope. Didn't even notice it.They do start to stretch out and the legs ride up a little after a while. It wasn't enough to allow thigh rubbing for me and it wasn't a problem, but it did happen. I also definitely could not wear these under tight pants because they would definitely bunch up in the legs.My hips are 41" at widest and I got a small. I could probably fit an XS if it existed, but I'm good with the small. I wish Merino.tech would make a women's boxer brief 2-pack for $50 or so with the double fabric lower instead of up front, but until then these are just fine for my purposes.

Wear all year long
I love these Merino wool boxer underwear. The fit is loose enough so it’s not binding, but tight enough to be comfortable, too. And the marina wool is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It doesn’t seem to be stinky either, you can wear them for weeks and weeks! (just kidding!)

The waistband just isn't right
The material feels great and is comfy and cozy everywhere but the waist. Yes, it's covered with merino fabric, but there's not enough stretch and the friction from the seam irritates the small of my back over time. Maybe if it included some nylon and spandex?Ideally, they'd be like the Merino.Tech base-layer pants, just with a 7 or 9 inch inseam.

Quality Concerns
They’re holding up okay, I’ve worn them for about a total of a week and the waistband is separating. It’s holding out for now though. They feel fantastic and do exactly what wool unders should do, just concerned about how long they’ll actually last for the cost of ONE pair.

I’ve tried a lot of pairs.
Merino wool is amazing! These were a good price so I thought I’d give them a try.All merino wool boxers seem to run small, and there’s always a small risk of shrinkage. So I always size up. I’m normally a medium. I got a large. The fit is slightly loose in the waste, which is kind of annoying, as they tend to ride down. Unfortunately the elastic waste won’t shrink. I suppose if I bought a medium they would have fit my waste better. But the “large” legs fit perfect with a tiny bit of room to spare. So, even if the legs shrink a little they will be fine. The butt area is cut high and small, and feels a little tight. According to my wife, I have no butt, so I’m not sure what truly large person these would fit? They fit me slightly awkward in this area but I’m keeping them for the price. I like that they wrapped the elastic with wool, so that it won’t be a sweat trap, hopefully. Although I’m curious to see how well it will wear. I have a feeling this will be a weakness in their design. These are made of a slightly heavier fabric than some of the other known name brands in merino yet these are cheaper$. I hope that means they’ll be more durable—while delivering greater value—remains to be seen but I have high hopes. Most of my other merino stuff has lasted for years. So maybe I’ll come back in a few years and update my review. Lol. But they seek like a safe bet.

Strange style of fit.
Excellent material. Hard to go wrong with merino wool. However, the style of the boxers leave much to be desired. The elastic waist band is attached to the top of the merino wool with a 100% overlap. This means every time you bed over to tie your shoes, you will become a plumber. And if you have to crouch down for any reason, it's ouch city for the tenders. So great qualityy material. Poorly designed garment.

ONE PAIR BEGAN UNRAVELING AFTER 6 WASH/WEAR CYCLES
Comfortable. But disappointed there is no way to exchange them 6 weeks after purchase.

S fit like a M or L
The material seems nice and the design is great, but they don't hug my body or fit like a size small and there's no extra small available. These very much fit like a medium or possibly even a large. I'm constantly getting a wedgie and they're dangling around my thighs instead of being against my skin like they're meant to for wicking moisture and retaining heat.

Worth it
I bought these for my winter trail hikes. They are very comfortable, fit really well and are warm even though they are lightweight. Good deal for merino wool.Recommended.

Good, so far
I've been wearing merino boxers from another brand for over a decade. They are typically expensive and delicate. The merino.tech ones fit quite well and a comfortable. Can't speak to longevity yet. Only thing that took getting used to was feeling the rear seams. The price is right, the product is made in Thailand, and M.tech is a Canadian company. Will definitely be getting more of these.

So good, warm & comfy
I've bought this underwear along with 4 sets of Merino tech base layer pants & t-shirts and man it's so warm & comfy. Sits well, doesn't slide, not too warm/not too cold. Love it!
