Pectin
This low or no sugar pectin works fantastic for my jams n jellies I want to make sugar free. Great product and a great price.

Perfect jam, works well for a large batch
This worked really well for a big batch of peach jam today! Sometimes pectin doesn’t perform well with large batches. I used 22 C chopped peaches, 2/3 C pectin, 1/4 C lime juice and 1 tsp butter. Combine and bring to a boil. Stir in 11 C sugar, bring to a hard boil. I’m at 4500 feet, so I boil for 90 seconds rather than 1 minute to get the consistency I want. Made 17 pints. Turned out beautifully and tastes delicious.

Read the "what it takes" vs looking at the Ounce weight
My jelly turned out great; but I should have been more cautious of the size and what it takes to make a batch of jelly with this brand. I will buy this again, however next time I will buy based upon the 1/3 of a cup it takes vs the 1.75oz that come in a sure gel box.

Great Value
Overall, this item was a great price for the amount of product received. I like that it is all in one resealable bag, so that I can easily adjust the amount used in various recipes. It seemed fresh and worked well for the jam I made. I would purchase this item again.

Worked great!
I used this to can strawberry and blueberry jam. I usually use Ball brand but it was either ridiculously priced or sold out wherever I looked, so I gave this brand a shot. My jam set great, tastes amazing as always and I was impressed with the quality for the price! It will be my go-to from now on!

WHY IS THERE SUGAR ADDED?????????
WTH, why does this contain added sucrose? And it says I can't return it... Awful. You should not be adding sugar to bare ingredients like PECTIN - people are buying THAT ingredient, we don't need you cranking the sugar up for no reason. That is so moronic. Since I can't return your bag of sugar-labeled-as-pectin, I have no choice but to leave a true and honest review to reflect your terrible product and bad return policy.
