This should be the standard for 3d printing, not silica
This stuff is great, it works very well. People should use this over silica for 3d printing. It keeps my 3d printer AMS at <10%. **I tested and found it much easier to use - to recharge it at 200C for just 3 hours.** The directions say you need 550C for 2 hours. To get that hot requires some specialized lab equipment. Again, I found that unnecessary. The important thing about Mole Sieve is that it does most of its moisture absorption before you hit 15% vs Silica. Silica can hold more water but only if you're looking to limit the humitity at higher RH. So if your goal is to keep your dry box or enclosure at 50% RH or less then silica is better. I try to keep things more like 15% or less and mole sieve is 3x more effective in this range. Or conversely, I'd need 300g of silica to do the same thing that 100g of mole sieve does. It makes changing desiccant out simpler too. If you start hitting 10%, just swap it out, its done all its work already and needs to be recharged.

I got a 3d printer, i spent a lot of IPA. So y use this in my recyclin process, it work wonders and is cheap so i do recomend it

Best thing ever created if you want to test if they still got absorbtion in them put it in your hand wet ur finger and touch them if they get hot they are still good but be careful I squeezed them and it almost burned my finger. They are great for dehydrating mushrooms after the dehydrator this bad boys will pull that little moisture left for the longest shelf life possible

They work pretty good for my needs
One of the main reasons I bought these was to dry was to dry my isopropanol for a capsaicin extraction and I got a very pleasant surprise when I was about to drive my isopropanol first it was exothermic meaning it generates Heat second it had some dust inside which you can see in one of the pictures once the dust settles it should be good to go besides the dust these are a great product and I would highly recommend them also there was a"sealed for your protection" pieces of paper on top but when I went to lift it off it just kind of blew away when I did it right next to my air conditioner so I'm thinking they're a little less dry than I originally thought also do not try to pour them into a small opening cuz when I tried it for my bottle they spilled everywhere but I would say these are pretty good product oh if you're trying to pull out water from a chemical then use 3A

Works great for keeping 3D printer filament dry.
I replaced sillica gel with this 3A zeolite in the airtight container I use to store my filament. The RH dropped from 20% to 11%, so I'm satisfied.

Good, but leaves behind dust
They work for removing water but leave behind a bunch of dust, and if you don't want it, the best way to do that is to distill.

Better filament dehumidification than Silica Gel Beads or Bentonite. Far Better.
Using this 3A Zeolite which arrived dry, after allowing a 148g sample to adsorb 22g moisture (more than 17% by weight) it was able to draw RH (relative humidity) down below 10% in under 15 minutes at ~75F in a sealed empty plastic cereal dispenser container. 10% is the lowest RH level my indicator is able to report. The Zeolite grains I measured were between 1.99mm and 2.45mm in diameter. 4A, 5A, and 13X Zeolite all adsorb between 1% and 3% more water vapor by weight but are all harder to regenerate and more likely to become compromised by trapping other molecules. I have determined to stick with 3A Zeolite. By comparison and after carefully drying in my microwave to reactivate: Activated Alumina Beads drew RH down to under 10% at ~75F in a few hours in an empty closed container. Silica Gel Beads drew RH down to ~10% at ~75F in a few hours in an empty closed container. They can do this to about 6% Moisture by weight. Bentonite Cat Litter drew RH down to ~26% at ~75F in a few hours in an identical container. Activated Alumina was my definite second choice, but it takes about 4 to 5 times the media volume about 3 to 5 times as long as the 3A Molecular Sieve takes to draw RH down to under 10%. Activated Alumina saturates at about 5% by weight at 10% RH whereas Molecular Sieve saturates at over 17% at the same 10% humidity. What I know so far about microwave drying: When drying my 148 dry gram test sample that had adsorbed 28 grams of moisture and was contained in a 100% cotton bag sewed with cotton thread in a 700-watt microwave oven for twenty minutes at 30% power level I was able to remove 22 grams of the adsorbed moisture successfully reactivating it to below 4% moisture by weight easily enough. I did not plan to obsess over getting it bone dry in the microwave. Small reusable Muslin drawstring Tea Bags are available for about $10 per hundred and probably can be used for more than a dozen careful microwave recharge cycles before moving the contents to a new bag. I did put my recharged Zeolite sample in a countertop air fryer for 15 minutes at 150 centigrade (302 Fahrenheit) to determine if air frying at that temperature would release any additional moisture. I was able to verify the air fryer was a viable recharging option, but I am inclined to use my $80 countertop microwave in the future. A cotton bag will degrade over time at high temperatures and anything over 150 centigrade seems too much from my perspective. Drying or recharging larger or smaller batches or using a different wattage oven will require different settings and durations to recharge without meaningful risk of damaging the media or bags.

This is the Good Stuff
We have a dry air system that runs 24/7. I tried a less expensive 3A molecular sieve and while it worked, it didn't have the adsorption capacity to make our system work well. The Wisesorb 3A molecular sieve provided superior performance, consistently producing 2.5 ppm air without and upward creep at the end of a service cycle. Highly recommended.

These sieves are a godsend, after having to deal with counterfeit ones before it's nice to see a good product. these sieves pass the hand test, two or three balls on your hand wet with a single drop of water will sizzle and get noticably warm in your palm. regenerating them is as easy as a little ceramic crucible and a microwave on medium setting, stir every 30 seconds to a minute to vent moisture, wear gloves they get hot. Don't let them get too hot though. I got 10 re-generations out of a batch before I accidentally scorched them while working. you could possibly get more uses out of a batch, however you get a good value for your money.
