Hello. Is this 100mg?

I find that the dosage should be clarified by the manufacturer. Nowhere on the bottle does it say the capsules are 100 mg but it does say serving size is 2 capsules and THAT is 200 mg. Integrative therapeutics do you care to respond????

No it an amino acid similar to tea

Is the bottle supposed to be sealed on the outside? All mine has is the safety seal once you open the cap

Mine normally has shrink wrap around the top of the bottle and then safety sealed under the top
