Why is this one 2.5x the price of the others?

Low stock, high demand, and she is one of the fan favs of the show. She shows up just enough to not be forgotten, I got one before the price went up and my kids love her. To be frank, they know even if you don't buy her someone will.

Is this the 2 inch or 5 inch size?

This is the larger, full-size, toy...probably in that 5" range. Got it for my son for Christmas, well Santa did.

Are the Supe Wings too young or simple for a 6 year old who is used to playing with Transformers?

I bought it for my 2 year old son, but if the 6 year old kid is fan of them he definitely will like it.
