Defective product
I bought this microwave oven from Amazon with high hopes, but right from the day I received it, the heating performance has been poor. It simply doesn’t heat food properly—dishes come out unevenly warm or completely cold, no matter how long I set the timer or adjust the power levels.I expected at least basic functionality from a brand-new appliance, but this product has failed from the start. It's frustrating to wait several minutes only to find that my food is still cold. This defeats the whole purpose of owning a microwave oven.I tried contacting Amazon support, and while the return/replacement process was available, it’s still disappointing that such a defective product was shipped in the first place. Clearly, there’s a quality control issue.Would not recommend this product at all unless the manufacturer addresses this heating defect. Very poor experience overall.

Too small
It's way too small, not as what I expected but it works fine. I am struggling to find appropriate size of trays to fit in. Made my first cookies....

I would say you will not find a better compact size oven in this price segment , i find this deal very affordable and used it works pretty well for a small family . If you are looking for a affordable owen with a reputed brand you can go for it

Horrible service. Do not buy
Horrible product. We hardly used it for 6 months and it has stopped working. Even after being in warranty and raising a ticket, haven’t got a response from the customer care. The automated customer care assigned a technician but he does not answer his phone. Horrible service and product. Do not buy.

The screws are not tightened you need to tighten all of them before usage
