How to unlock ? Its not getting unlocked

You have to hold one end of the wire nd keep turning the sheath of the screw till it opens. Remember - the sheath has many threads so you havebto turn quite a lot to open the lock. The direction of turning the metal sheath has to be found by trial and error. If you keep turning one way, then it gets locked and then you can't turn it anymore. From that point, keep turning in the opposite direction till the lock opens up. This product quite beautiful but may take some time initially to get used to.
