I’m the type of person who HATES saunas or anything that makes me hot. I wasn’t sure I’d like this sauna blanket but wanted to give it a shot as I’m healing from a mold illness. Let me just say, this is nothing like a normal sauna. Your head sticks out and you can actually breath normal temperature air all while your body receives the same benefits from a traditional sauna. I started on level 6 and legit felt high asf just like the taglines says. I wouldn’t shut up about it and so my partner decided to give it a try as well, looking to prove me wrong, but turns out they experienced the same exact “high” that I felt. It’s incredible. I’ve done with and without the insert, I prefer using it and turning it up to level 7. Let it preheat, get in, and stay in until the 10 min remaining warning bell or a little after. Then take a freezing cold shower afterward to cool down. It does slightly affect my sleep if I don’t properly cool down, and I have a history of insomnia. At any rate, I absolutely love how I feel using this blanket, and so appreciate the extra steps the company went to ensure low emf and less toxic materials. That’s why I spent a premium and have zero regrets. I’ve recommended to a few friends and family members as well. It really helps with sore joints and arthritis. There are so many benefits, but if you’re on the fence, just get it. One piece of feedback, I’m 6’2” and wish there was an extender or slightly longer option. But that’s just me being picky.

This is a great sauna blanket

I got this blanket as a gift from my husband when my daughter was born.It was the best gift a Mom of a toddler and baby can get to feel the full joy of relaxation after a long day of making big and little people happy. I use this blanket 3 times per week. Usually I try to create “a spa atmosphere” put on my favorite face and/or hair mask too for 15 - 30 minutes. I prefer to wear socks and soft clothes that cover my body so I can feel the heat slowly. It is easy to control the temperature. I would recommend to follow instructions (if you don't read instructions ask someone to do it for you) and at first start with low temperature (level 5-6) and then increase it in a gradual manner. It feels very cozy and relaxing if you keep the temperature stable vs jumping from one level to another. I also found that this sauna blanket is great to use after long distance biking/running - it has a workout recovery effect (I keep my sessions short here - 15-20 minutes). I keep the blanket in the closet, so I can easily reach it anytime. I absolutely love my SAUNA blanket - it is my new favorite place to rest and relax after a long day before bedtime. For me it has full body rejuvenation effect, and when I am laying in it I am just happy to be there.

I received this blanket on February 5th, haven't even used it more than 7 times and the remote now isnt working not allowing to turn up the heat AT ALL. NO NUMBERS display only a line... for $700 this is completely unacceptable. Im trying to get in contact with the manufacturer and they aren't returning my calls. I had such high hopes for this blanket but if I don't get a call back, I will be returning.

I purchased this sauna blanket as a way to test the idea of regular sauna use without buying a stand alone sauna. What I like is it heats up fast. I put it on 8 and use it for 40 minutes. I listen to 40hz meditation music. I have used it about 3x a week since purchasing it and feel that it aid my circulation and overall mood. It is pricey but I am glad I bought it.

I'm really loving my new sauna blanket! It's so easy to use and very compact. I've been using it mostly before bedtime and it's really helped me to relax and sleep deeper. I have a hard time sweating and detoxing and I'm finding this is really helping me and allows me to sweat at my own pace. I like to take it slow and the lower settings allows me to sweat just enough until I'm able to work myself up to more. I'm so grateful for this product and all the amazing benefits, and excited to keep detoxing.

I’ve been using the HigherDOSE Sauna Blanket for a while now, and I can’t recommend it enough! The calming effect it has is incredible - especially if you’re like me, a person with a mind and body that never shuts down. It’s like a at home mini retreat — After a long day, I always look forward to wrapping myself in the warmth and just letting the stress melt away. The heat feels so soothing, and it leaves me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated every time. It has become an essential part of my self-care routine. 10/10 recommend.

We recently purchased the Higher Dose Blanket after hearing about the benefits of Infrared for the last few years. I am typically skeptical of things like this but after battling joint pain for the last few years I decided was willing to give it a shot. And I could not be happier! It arrived rather quickly and with great tips and suggestions. It folds up and stores very easily as well. These things are great, but the other benefits are even better! My husband and I both workout quite a bit and I can honestly say, we both agree, that using the blanket after a workout has definitely sped up muscle recovery. I have also been battling arthritis pain in my knees and hips and whenever I am in the blanket, I get so much relief. I used to lay under electric blankets all the time but that never helped very much. On top of all this, it is so relaxing. The minute I get under it, I feel like I could fall asleep right away. The sauna blanket is a complete game changer. We do a lot of camping and even plan to bring it with us!

First of all the mat doesn’t work. Even at the top temperature I didn’t sweat. I decided to return it. I didn’t realise it was shipped from the US and had to pay £121 shipping to return it. Once I got confirmation it was returned I emailed higher dose asking for a refund. They disappeared for two weeks. We had to escalate with Amazon to finally get my refund. Horrible product and non existent customer service

Good product, but the material can get dangerously hot and will burn if your skin is exposed even when wearing clothes it is uncomfortable. for this incredible price tag, it should include the liner and a storage bag for convenience. It’s insane to not include these. around $800 CAD + … sorry but it is maddening to not have a safe liner inside and at least a bag to store it away cleanly and organized. It’s disappointing and makes me regret having spent this much and i have to worry about burning myself. And yes, i could bring down the temperature but then you don’t sweat, which is the point!

I found it to be inconsistant each time I have used it which has been each day....?

I am a female 5’7” And 180 pounds. I fit nicely into this sleeping bag however I think if you are over 6 feet it might be snug. It has a lot of heat levels and I started at level three and I’ve been at level five for a while. It’s really nice. It gets nice and hot. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Not sure why this would not have come with a storage bag. Very awkward to store. Jury is still out whether or not I will keep it or not. Hard to get in and out off for a bigger person.
